    The place is run like a cheap cafe the staff are scruffy and unkept with absolutely no brains orders are constantly wrong with stuff missing and only ever give brown meat ( drumsticks or thighs ) the place is without doubt absolutely minty I would ever eat out of there again so so so un sanitary honestly it’s disgusting and the food is sub standard this chicken sandwich looks like is been cooked or times go somewhere else the owners of this are out of touch and have let it go to ruin

    Although this place looks new or recently refurbished the place is a dirty hole. When I visited it had very few customers in it but the bins were overflowing in the restaurant and in the car park. The tables were nearly all dirty and the staff were almost throwing the food at customers at the counter. Attitudes were awful. Even only one order point was working.Update its been over a year since I've been here and I've now been twice in a week.I've had a great experience both times with lovely staff a clean restaurant and the original chicken I bought was perfect slightly crispy skin and really juicy chicken inside.I hope it continues like this and wow what a difference

    Worst kfc ! Went through the drive through the lady who served us was shocking had no customer service , we had ordered at : had got our drinks then been asked to pull over our food came minutes for burgers a box of chicken and a portion of chips. We paid £ for the zinger burger deal which is £ for burgers drinks and chicken wings. £ for pieces of small chicken! Then . for a portion of chips Drink was gone by the time We received our food . Worst kfc by far!

    Not normally someone who leaves reviews but, this Aintree KFC was the worst experience I've had at a KFC. Staff had disgusting customer service skills, unhelpful when discussed the wrong item on an order. Food was cold and has a strange taste to the chicken and the gravy. % don't recommend this place. Such a shame used to be such a good KFC to visit.
